I suggest calcium citrate,calcium malate or calcium ascorbate. I would not use tablets or pills ,bad absorbtion, use capsule or better yet powdered form.
You can use purified water if you dont have access to distilled.
I can't really help you with the pH Stix ,can you order them over the internet?
