Do you really need the calcium hydroxide ie as in the ML alkalizing drink. I was wondering if i could have the BM, lemon or ACV, and pinch of Epsom Salts 3 times a day and just take calcium tabs instead. Which would be the most assimulated next to calcium hydroxide? Or even dolomite cal/mag supplement.

I have trouble getting the distilled water here in the uk, for the solution.

Anyone know an inexpensive supplier of ph sticks in the uk?
