I love you guys. You make me laugh. Thank you for all of your advice. I'm going to do it -- it's time. Make these fabulous dietary changes. I'll be 46 in one month, and gosh darn it! I want to feel good. I feel as if I'm coming into the best time of my life. I'm finally beginning to like myself, and this could be the coolest time ever! I will do this!!! Tony, I'm assuming you have a lot of this stuff on your site. Could you recommend which multi vitamin would be good for me?
