HALF YOUR WEIGHT IN WATER???!!! Do you weigh 3 pounds? LOL! Being extra loving to my husband? I feel so bad at this point, just for the moment can I just not stab him in the heart? I say this tongue in cheek of course. I actually take this awful time as a sign that I need to revamp my lifestyle and I look forward to it. I'm looking forward to weaning myself onto a very good diet, etc. No way am I going to take the Prozac. I thank you so very much for your encouraging words and advice. It's nice to know I'm not alone. I can't wait to get started on everyone's suggestions.
