Scott,

I am concerned that possible Sugar contained in the "natural flavors" in the Alkalive Green and Alkalive Blue may cause my candida to return. I am not concerned about algae.

My body is pretty acidic right now. I understand that I need to alkalize to prevent candida from returning. But Alkalive Green may not be the right choice for me right now. I am playing it on the safe side.

Maybe I should order the mountainroseherbs green grasses right now. What do you think?

Question: are there other "quick" ways to alkalize? Occasionally I drink baking soda. Can one drink baking soda regularly?
