So God did make "all things" including "the wicked" and a "day of evil", and the Bible says we are born sinful John 9:13 yet in the image of God. Gen. 1 what ever. So God made all things including the wicked and a day of evil and we are born sinful yet in the image of God."

God made man a little lower than the angels. If satan could make one third of the angels doubt God, God had to know when He made us that many of us would be evil.

The evil people did what they did on the day of evil(putting Him on a cross)for God to defeat the devil. So yes, even the wicked are for God's plan.

We really don't know how hard or long God must have tried to reason with Lucifer before He cast him out of heaven, but once he was cast out, that was the beginning of his end, no turnning back.

Revelation 12:12 Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.
