My friend, if you have only started smoking in the last couple of months, and are only doing 10 per day right now, then I am going to be a lot more emphatic to you (please ignore me if this bugs you):

Please, please, please.

Use Miracle-Mineral-Supplement , use herbs, use diet, drink lots of water. You are probably not yet truly addicted ... what can be accomplished now with relatively minor discomfort will take a MONUMENTAL effort later.
