When I was in peru, after Ayauasca, one of the biggest healing allies in the shaman's toolbox is in fact tobacco. There must be something to it, sincemedicine men all over north, central and south america revered its healing properties so much.

But that's how I started smoking again, in peru. One smoke after 8 years of being smoke free was all that was needed to get me back on the tobacco train. It seems like I can't shake it. It's got me good.
