I'm sorry if I was a little negative.

In many ways, smoking is not much different from all the other acidifying things we do to ourselves, me included.

MMS will NOT negatively react with smoking, and I think you will be nicely surprised by your results! If you tolerate it well, then go ahead and build up to a decent level...just keep it comfortable.
