you must be threatening them quite a bit for them to be making you feel they will kill you if you kill them. I think they are trying to make you stop bothering them. I have felt this so many times and it's always when I'm going after them intensely.

I have crawly feelings in my scalp too, it's subcutaneous. I don't know what type it is. I believe these will go with time, there will be a gradual shift in the balance, and they will keep decreasing until they are gone.

when it's a gradual decrease this way, it shouldn't spark intense (risky) hyperimmune response. whereever it is in your head, it's likely not a full grown worm right in the brain otherwise you'd be convulsing on the floor already. so if it's not in the brain, I think it won't cause seizure when it dies.

it's a very creepy feeling though, I have it too.

I think with all the work you've done and do, you're immune system will control the immature forms of it...and the adults will eventually croak. for larvae, cloves seem to help me quite a bit too.
