I tried the coQ-10 twice to no avail. It was like I took nothing. Then someone told me it was because I didn't take any oil with it. I have never ordered ozonated olive oil. If I do it again, I will take them both.

A lady who does body talk recommended the experience and clear. Theh first time I took it, I got a huge wad of ascaris, oogles of liver flukes, little bits and pieces of black tar looking stuff, and a handfull of something that looked kind of like flies, or baby June bugs. Second time I got more Ascaris and liver flukes, but no more tar or flies.
