Also, on her site, check out some of the DVDs - they are powerful and will introduce you to how self inquiry works.

This is no nonsense stuff, very modern way for self realisation. Not complex. This is about uncovering the truth of our thoughts and judgements. No religious content. VERY powerful stuff. This work helps release resistance to the way things are, helps us release judgement and promotes good feelings. I LOVE this work.

And even better, not complicated if you are open to the truth (and I know you are).

I have been flitting between BKs work and Abraham-Hicks, and together, it's dynamic!
