Glad you found that helpful, but let me clarify... I'm sorry if I implied that the Heilkunst treatment itself is over the phone :). The consults are by phone, and remedies are sent by mail. There are many remedies and potencies that would be too impractical for patients to buy locally.

This is a very different system than the way classical homeopaths practice, so you might want to read the material on the Hahnemann Clinic website being aware that the methodology and philosophy is different.
