Wow, PC, that is pretty shocking! I tell anyone who asks, and don't get slack from anyone! Most people are pretty interested actually. Some are skeptical as fasting is shocking for people who are not accostomed to the idea. Usually by the end of the fast when they see I haven't dropped dead from starvation, they get curious (especially women who look at you looking thinner). One gal says she *hates* it when I do the cleanse. I laughed and said it's funny that YOU hate it when I am not eating! She said, "it makes me feel fat!" Well, maybe that's a big part of it for women. It probably depends highly on who you are working with. I think it's crazy how PC's coworkers reacted.

Maybe the lesson is if you want to tell anyone, just in case, make sure you're thick-skinned first!
