There is so much wrong with this...I don't know where to start! You've got bits and pieces that start on the right track but then vere off into stupidville. I'm in the mortgage business, could write a bestseller on the topic of sub-prime mortgages, how if you buy a home you're getting duped, the whole deal. If anyone is interested, ask me. I'll be glad to offer the truth up on a silver platter.
