Most women know if they are an apple shape or pear shape. I watched a video lately where a lady said that apple shaped women have adrenal problems and pear shapes have thyroid problems. What are men? I've only seen a few men who I've ever thought were pear shaped. I am apple shaped, have a 4" wider wingspan then heighth so mens shirts and jeans fit better then womens, including shoes. Guess what? I'm suppose to shrink with age! Haa! I'm afraid I might soon look like a chimp!

If men are mostly apple shape when they gain weight do they possibly have more adrenal issues? Does anyone know?
