Ben Taylor (Utopia Silver) reports that he drinks half a bottle at once to kill off a bad cold, and if he gets one while away from his CS supply, say when on the road, and it gets in his chest, when he returns he also puts it in an inhaler and inhales the mist to better get it into his chest.
