Does your naturopath have good diagnostic equipment?  Although I am sure that nature likely has an answer, not only do I not know all the answers, but there is no substitute for seeing a qualified professional in person versus long distance guesswork.

Sometimes, allopathic care can be a better and more sensible answer when you do not have the time to find the natural answer or wait on something to arrive.  This might be one of  those times.  Sovereign Silver has tested out to be pretty weak - about like the stuff you get from the cheapest home kits, but they claim otherwise in their ads.

By all means, try to get some rest this weekend.  Did you try the Mercola suggestion of a couple of drops of hydrogen peroxide in each ear?  It sounds crazy, but apparently seems to work.  Also, crazy as it sounds, good ol' chicken noodle soup might not be a bad idea either.

Two areas that are not within my expertise you might consider are iodine and oil pulling.  Both appear to have very good support forums here.
