Just thought if MH is right about the acids during the night, I wonder if you just could try to make your body more alkaline during the night. I followed Dr.Clark's suggestion #3

In my case I used it because I had cramps in my legs and feet and it did work.
The easiest thing to you use is before bed take 2 tablets of Alka Seltzer GOLD (no aspirin).
Of course you have to keep working to make your body more alkaline.

My lifelong allergies all effecting my sinuses went away with liverflushing originally.
