H’lo,

I’m interested in talking with any bodybuilders/weightlifters that are type A and on the type A diet. I am currently on Mauro DiPasquale’s Metabolic diet, but it’s more suited for type O’s. I’m wondering what is recommended for protein sources to get enough each day for muscle gains and other questions.
