If I were dying of anything, I would do the Beck protocol. It isn't easy, and it isn't cheap. But, it's a lot less expensive than allopathic methods or funeral expenses.

You have to be committed to this protocol. It has an annoyance factor and a discomfort factor that you have to take into account. But if I were dying, I would do it. I don't think these factors are all that horrible, just sort of annoying.

Curezone is a great place to learn about and try alternative methods of gaining greater health, but the forum on the Beck protocol isn't necessarily the friendliest forum on curezone.

Don't let that detract you from the benefits of doing the Beck protocol, or from recommending it to anyone.
