It was just discussed in the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement forum. The last time I saw my MD he suggested to take 1000 IU's a day. I just bought capsules. There might be some info in the rest of this thread.

There was an other one about Weston Price that they don't suggest Carlson anymore but some other brands, can't find it back, but you might check the Weston Price website.
