The person who wrote that piece needs to learn a little more about lectins, for starters. (Not to mention calming down a little so they can read different types of information without getting so fearful. Why would you get fearful unless you thought there was some truth to it?)

I could go on, but when an article starts out in such a silly way, I'm not going to waste the time reading it. There are some good solid criticisms of BTD that warrant some thought . . . that link doesn't even come close.
