I do hope that you are smoking organic tobacco:) It's the additives, chemicals & crap in tobacco that make it "bad". Also, overdoing it.
I agree with you re:obsessing over health. People tend to do that when they're sick, though.
I would suggest avoiding other things that can stain your teeth, coffee, tea, red wine so that you can at least minimize the staining.
I've found that sesame whitens the best, I haven't swished with VCO though, I tried it and found it to be too thin for my liking.
