Raynbo, did you wake up with this?  Is your sore throat very bad?  Are you able to swallow?  You are doing fine.  one tablespoon every few hours or even whenever you think of it.  You will be fine by tomorrow.  For today, just lay low.  This happened to me last week and for one day I was very sick.  However, by evening my sore throat was not bad at all and I could even swallow my supplements.  The next morning I woke up feeling fine.
