For me:
Twice per day, afternoon and bedtime on empty stomach with water.

I think many do it just twice per day from what I am hearing...but also there is mention that trickling it in throughout the day, especially for those with cancer, is better.

I think after you have been on it for a bit you can figure out for yourself what is best.
