Is anybody here a SMOKER? I am a health nut on all other levels except this ONE. I do colonics, cleansing, fasting, exercise, BUT I SMOKE. Anyone else?

First off...anyone see health problems from their smoking? How long have you been smoking for?

Number two...is there any way I can protect my naturally white teeth from my habit? Any thoughts or ideas?

Certainly, if you have other tips to protect myself other than just for my teeth, I'll take em, but PLEASE, no "quit smoking" posts. I am just not ready or willing to hear it. :-)

I just started smoking 6 months ago but to be quite frank with you, I don't want to give it up. It's given me a freedom from obsessing about health and food that I never had before! Thanks so much
