From personal experience. My ex's boobs looked awful when we first met. They were very caved in & shriveled. It was not attractive.
She started ingesting different herbs, herbs known to induce lactation in women, even if they havent had babys. Fenugreek seed, Blessed Thistle, & another herb, I do not remember. Her breasts required sucking on daily, or a baby-breastmilk extraction device could be used during this time also. Well, it really did not take long at all for her breasts to become more plump & full. They were much much sexier after she took those herbs for about 2 weeks or less, but her mood really got bad when she was taking them too. I cannot remember well, but she may have started to bleed from her breasts, also, so she stopped, but her breasts remained great looking long after that. Her mood remained pretty bad long after too, which is why she's my ex, but I attribute that to more than those herbs. Her diet was just junkfood, cigs, & coffee, & she often was ate small meals of junkfood in a day & being prediabetic didnt help either. Good luck.
