I inserted two acidophillis capsules yesterday and the smell is gone completely by this morning, I read last night that refined Sugar feeds bacteria and increases Body Odor so stay away from that and I know during my period I crave sugary foods so drink plenty of water to flush out toxins, eat plenty of yogurt and check the cultures of lactobacilli in it, I have to read more about folic acid I bought some of that too to see if it would help
I also took a bath with hydrogen peroxide 3% and it seems to take the smell and discharge away.
