Is paradophilus all that you're taking?

Sounds like it is powerful stuff...as for the headaches are you getting enough water in to flush out the poisons?

I think we should welcome cold symptoms as this is a sign that our immune system is active and doing its job!

I took a class on living chemistry, relating to nutrition, and the book we studied from said that cold symptoms are simply how the body fights off germs and when you don't get colds that is when you should worry because that indicates that the immune system is weak and germs are getting overlooked. All theory of course...
