Dr. Mercola says the same....

He noticed some of his patients who were drinking distilled water were having mineral deficiency issues, so he recommended switching to filtered water instead of distilled water and the patients got better!

I say you stop using distilled for a couple of months and use your Berkey water purifier and see how you feel!

If you have followed any of my arguments...I think the most sensible one is that pure H20 is not available for animals nor humans to drink, so what do you think that means? What did our ancestors drink? Also studies indicate that the healthiest societies drink hard water, which is heavily mineralized.
