Hi pb:

I found out that my reflux issue had everything to do with my cold. On Sunday I had my afternoon snack of white radish with some Sea Salt and lemon, then I took a nap. I had a reflux when I was napping. Part of the acids went in my left nostril. So I have sort of infection. It is just like colds except the snot is all water and not yellow at all. This did happen to me before.

Again vitamin C helped me this morning. It only lasts for 4 or 5 hours. I will do the Sea Salt push. I also take ACV drink in the afternoon.

I will not take Iodine till I am done with this cold.
