A word of advice to any prospective newcomers: If you think you have parasites, please get proper blood/stool testing at an appropriate laboratory before doing any sort of cleansing. There are many labs out there that do this. Do not assume you have parasites based on symptoms alone and on advice by someone over the internet who has not physically examined you.
