I am. I am up to 10 sprays, 3x a day. Tomorrow will probably be 11. Today I had a bad headache, horrible rumbling gas with frequent trips to the bathroom. No diarrhea, but several bowel movements, very, very tired, irritable, wretchedly bad headache, mild nausea off and on, and felt like I was coming down with the flu this morning (runny nose and frequent sneezing, not quite a sore throat, achey, etc.). I realized later that it was just die-off, and not a cold (thank goodness). Something is most definitely going on in the nether regions and I'm hoping by the time I work my way up to the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement , I'll have some junk gone already. I'd start it back up again if I were you.
