Yes, this sounds like die-off. The 'out of body' depersonalization feelings came on strong for me. I also get anxiety and minimal paranoia-like feelings.

I'm on Humaworm cleanse and developed what I thought was the flu 3 weeks in but it was die-off. That was tough to get through but I managed.

Night sweats are related to die-off as well. I got those as well.

You're normal considering the circumstances and this will get better.
