Well. The reason I was upping th dose high was because it was normalizing my blood sugar!! I'm afraid to go long without it now because I DON'T want to feel anymore low blood Sugar episodes. Trust me. You literally feel as though you're dieing.

I'll try doing the salt thing before hand I guess to see if it changes.

What would be your suggestion?

These capsules are 15 mg (5 Iodine 10 Iodide). One capsule a day for x number of days?

The kidney pain seems to have subsided quite a bit. I've been drinking alot of water tonight, and no iodine.

How long should I hold off on the Iodine?

Should I keep with the companion nutrients while I take a break?

My head is ALOT better today. I only took 30 mg of Iodine and that was at 9:45 this morning.
