Oh and about the bowels, yeah I've been taking 1 gram of Mag Oxide for a few days and it loosened my movements enough to wear I didn't ahem "struggle" in the restroom. haha.

I also have been doing 5-6 grams of pure ascorbic acid crystals which probably helps there too.
