I've actually added a tiny amount of carbs back in, in the way of eggs and cream....a little nut butter but not much.

I've been drinking about 12 oz of pure spring water every hour on the hour for a few days.

I seem to be able to eat Sea Salt (though not too much) with food. But when I mix it in water I get stopped up.

Thanks for the links and info. I've had this pain once before, and it was a night when I drank too much alcohol and had to drive home. Was not able to stop at a restroom for a while, and when I got home my kidneys hurt in this exact same way.

I'm assuming it means they're backed up with detoxed junk. Man I must REALLY be toxic!! lol

It's just annoying, it's not alarming yet or anything. Hopefully it won't get that way. I'll have to wait till tomorrow to get potassium chloride because the vitamin shop is closed.

I was thinking of trying that "hot cold wrap" idea I read when I searched the forum.
