IMO, you upped your dose too high, too fast, too soon, and your body is responding. If I were you I would take several days break, maybe a week to let your body catch up.

OK, since you can't take Sea Salt , try potassium chloride or magnesium chloride. One poster on this forum had really great luck on potassium chloride with Iodine doses of 100mg per day. It is the chlorine that pushes out the bromide, not the sodium.
