Some people do have reactions like yours to progesterone, although usually it is the prescription cream, not just the over the counter. So, yes, stop the cream.

I previously had this problem and had to use a whole bottle of herbs at a time to stop the bleeding. So I developed a way, by trial and error, and since then I have helped others.
