The urinary tract needs an acid environment to prevent bacteria sticking to the walls and causing an infection. Green juices are good but not the fruit juices because of the alkalinity. Vit C and cranberry juice are the best when an infection is coming on.

Can't comment on the kombucha because the year I took it was many years ago and I don't remember getting any benefits from it.

PS - drink more water!!!
