I see! good explanation...but is there a good/right way to treat this? I eat alkaline for the most part, and take the alk drink twice a day...also a chelated cal/mag supp

would more fish oil/lecithin help? I take 1 tblspoon cod liver oil with 1 tblespoon lecithin daily
