Although the instructions for the Liver Flush stress the importance of sticking to the times recommended, I have found moving the whole procedure forward by an hour and a half when this is more convenient; ie 1st dose of ES at 7.30pm, 2nd dose at 9.30pm and Olive-Oil mixture at 11.30pm, has not made any difference to the success of the flush and produced the same results. If you find yourself in this situation again it should be ok to change the times.
