Hello All:

I have terrible cold since this morning at 3am. I am already down in the dumps with it. I did Vitamin C high dose and felt great in the morning, then in late afternoon it started again. I want to put something soothing and antiseptic in my nostrils so I can breath better and sleep better. Can I put CO drops in my nose?

I have an Ayurvedic nose drops that are made from castor oil and some spices, but that stings a lot and my nose runs a lot more with it.
