The nutrionist I'm seeing for hypoglyciema being brought on by dysbosis said the Blood Type Diet is very faulted. Peter D'Adamo has taken off on research that his Father James started. Apparently his father disaggres with most of what is in Peter's book and there is not Science to back it up. Also for us blood type A's he recommends a lot of soy products which have been found to be quite bad for your health. I have included a link to read more about the dangers of soy. She recommends looking into Meatobolic typing as she believes there is good Science behind it and she has personally seen good results with it.
