Hi,

Has anyone else had side effects? I have tested positive for high levels of mercury. Several months ago (6), I started using the FIR (Far-Infrared-Sauna) sauna with glutathione, NAC, Vitamin C, other minerals etc and instead of losing weight, I ballooned out 3 inches and gained at least 20 lbs. I have tried liver flushes, colon cleanses, kidney flushes and I can't get my weight back down. I have also stopped doing the sauna for over a month...no change yet. My midsection always feels like it is going to burst. It has totally disrupted my life and my energy levels are way down (and they weren't high to begin with) and my muscles are weak. Has anyone had this experience? I really need some suggestions b/c I am at a loss.
