sanctuary, you keep saying "probably". Don't you have your Miracle-Mineral-Supplement yet? It must be frustrating.

Humble first said that lemon or lime is better. Later he said not to use vinegar, if you think you have Candida. Then at some point, he said that citric acid (10%) is best. I use lime and am happy with that. Actually, he was even using pineapple juice as the buffer at first.
