Hi

thanks for the advice. Seems to me now, that i must convince my wife of leaving the artificial sweeteners aside. I have read a bit about their side-effects before, but have actually never been that worried.

And you're right about eating that late in the evening, but I really need to eat something before I go to bed, otherwise I will wake up hungry at night time.

So, I will continue my diet for a while and see how it works.
