I have a one person sauna and use it almost everyday and it is great for detox.  I experience some psoriasis symptoms when I eat wheat and white sugar and my skin improves after the sauna and abstaning from those foods.  My son has psoriasis quite bad but won't give up wheat or dairy or refined sugar.
