I must admit, I've not spent that long researching it, but i googled acv and apple cider vinegar and candida before and all things i read were saying positive stuff.

i must admit, when i went back to using acv as the activator tonight i felt kinda tired soon after. whether this was some detox or an effect of the acv, hard to tell.

sometimes its all so confusing! *sigh*

I think the next Miracle-Mineral-Supplement dose i take will use 10% citric acid solution.

I really apprecaite your help on this forum Idsfireguy, I and many others have learnt so much from you and you are always so helpful.

EDIT: damn, gotta stop saying "i must admit" so much
